Helen McEntee willing to compel schools to open new special classes for September

Education Minister Helen McEntee is prepared to compel schools to open special classes, to reach the additional 400 promised classes this September.

Minister McEntee told cabinet on Tuesday that 375 of the 400 schools have been sanctioned and that she is willing to use her powers of compellability to reach the target, if that number is not reached voluntarily.
