The Minister for Education Norma Foley and the Minister of State with responsibility for Special Education and Inclusion Josepha Madigan have today announced further details on the implementation of the first phase of the Irish Sign Language (ISL) scheme which provides ISL in-school support for students who are Deaf and whose primary means of communication is ISL.
